WHUPS! About this whole school thing, is it necessary?

Today I have a junior conference with my counselor and my mother. We're talking about the dreaded Act's, Sat's, and college. YIPPY! :/ I don't like taking test, especially when they decide if I get accepted into the college that I want. Me + Stress = Disaster.

What I want to do in college in major in psychology and minor in math at the University of Iowa. My only problem is, I've never taken a psych class. WHUPS! I want to be a therapist and help others the way that I've always wanted to be helped, but also I can relate to a lot of teenager's problems because I've been through a lot or helped my friends with their problems. Plus I like seeing progress, and if I work hard, I'm hoping to make changes in young people's lives.

As for the math aspect, I'll admit it, I like math and I'm good at it too. The reason that I'm not going to major in it, is because the only thing that I can think of that would be a job for me is a math teacher, and I don't want to do that. No offense to the teachers, I admire you guys, but I couldn't teach the same thing over and over again, day after day, year after year.... plus kids annoy me (that's why I don't want children but I won't get into that).

After 13 years of school, I honestly don't want more, but I don't feel like asking people "you want fries with that?" for the rest of my life.
