Battling Once Again

Honey, I'm home!

Well I was finally discharged from the hospital yesterday; six days in there is a little draining. I could probably pass as Casper the Ghost's twin right now because I'm so pale, but at least I can finally walk. My head is foggy, my brain is completely shut off, and I'm walking around like a zombie right now, but I'm going to make a full comeback.

Sadly, I had to miss my band concert because I was stuck in the ICU but we're playing the same concert in a few weeks that I plan on playing in. Hopefully my band director, Beth, won't strangle me next practice for missing it. :\

I've missed 3 1/2 days of school and behind like you could not believe. Poop! I have a LOT of work to do this weekend. Yesterday I was so weak and foggy I had to go home early, I just couldn't stick it out. I went home, watched my favorite movie and crashed. I woke up with a horrible stomachache but at least I didn't want to pass out from exhaustion.

Next battle... work. My bosses don't quit get the concept of being sick, so my mom gave one of my bosses a "why I outta" while I was in there, and I'm hoping he finally realized that I'm not full of BS. I was about ready to march in there when I was finally released and show him my wrist bands, one from the ER, one from the ICU, and the other from 3 East. That would've whiped the smirk right off his face. People just don't understand sometimes......
